1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Failed Payments

If a user’s payment fails or is deducted due to system errors or gateway failures, a refund may be granted after verification.

• Ride Cancellation (Eligible Scenarios)

If a user cancels a ride before the driver confirms the booking, they may be eligible for a full refund of any associated charges (if applicable).

If a driver cancels a confirmed ride, the user may be eligible for a full refund.

• Technical Issues

If the platform experiences technical problems that prevent a user from completing a ride request or using paid services as intended, a refund request may be reviewed.

• Duplicate Payments

In the case of duplicate charges caused by system errors, a refund will be issued upon verification.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, users must follow these steps:

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Completed Rides

Payments for successfully completed rides are non-refundable.

• Cash on Service Payments

Cash payments made directly to drivers are outside CarBid’s control and are not eligible for refunds through the platform.

• Violation of Terms

Users or drivers found violating CarBid’s Terms & Conditions will not be eligible for any refunds.

• KYC or Verification Failures

Payments related to accounts that fail verification due to incorrect or fraudulent information may not be refunded.
